1. Sundar Pichai: –

This is most famous CEO of World. This 43 years old man is Google’s CEO. His full name is Pichai Sundararajan, born in Tamil Nadu (India).

He studied in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, completed MS from Stanford and then MBA from the University of Pennsylvania. He was quite brilliant at his school time as well and meet with technology when his father gifted him a cell phone and was good in remembering numbers.

He showed up his talents in engineering and product management when he was working in management for a company. He joined google in 11 years ago and worked on toolbars like google pack which took his growth towards heights. As in toolbar, user search was good so google launched google chrome with the help of Pichai. After all this he led product management and was appointed as senior Vice President by 2012 and with his hard work for a decade, he was appointed as CEO of Google.

Pichai professors at IIT suggest him to pursue Ph.D. But he pursues MBA from The Wharton School and holds an MS from Stanford University.

2. Shantanu Narayen: –

Narayen studied and raised in Hyderabad. He did his Electronics Engineering from Osmania University. Master of Business Administration from the university of California but not stopped his studies here.

Shantanu did his Masters in Computer Science from the University of Berkeley.He started his career working with the Apple. After this, he became director of a company called silicon graphics. Soon after this he was appointed as Vice President in Adobe where his career pace ran quickly. He gave his 10 years dedicatedly working with Adobe and this 41 years Narayen became CEO of Adobe.

3. Satya Nadella: –

Satya Nadella born in Hyderabad and holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and done his MBA for the University of Chicago.

He started his careers with Sun Microsystems and joined Microsoft in 1992 and climbed the ladder of success by working on a project of cloud computing and later became the Vice President. As the revenue increased in cloud computing he became Executive Vice President. His dedication and new ideas in technologies brought him to the post of CEO of Microsoft after hard work of 20 years. He also ranked 72 among the world’s most powerful people by Forbes Magazine.

4. Ajaypal Singh Banga: –

Born in a Sikh family in Maharashtra. Ajay Banga in 1981 started his career with Nestle and served for a period of 3 years. After leaving Nestle, he joined PepsiCo. He is currently CEO of Master Cards. He is also the Chairman of The U.S. Indian Business Council and also Member of international Business Council of the world Economic forum.

He holds degree Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Economics St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University and also done Master in Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was also appointed by Barack Obama as the member of the President’s Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and negotiations. He clicked the ladder of success by his hard work and dedication and efforts made to achieve success.

5. Indra Nooyi: –

In the country like India where there is the existence of gender discrimination, this woman has proved a success and achieved top position on the world’s fourth largest company that is PepsiCo.

PepsiCo is the second largest company in food and beverage of the world. Fortune Magazine named her 3rd most powerful women in business. She scripted a story of success to achieve her dreams by her strong determination and will. She has set up her goals when she grew and this helped her to get in IIM Kolkata.

She wants to pursue her further studies and went to the US. She studied and completed her Master’s at Yale and did part time job from midnight to the sunshine as a receptionist. She saved money from her part-time job and bought a business suit for her first interview. She got rejected because her trouser was reaching ankle. For next interview, she wore a saree and got the job. She started her career with Johnson & Johnson.

She proved her worth more than a male colleague. She joined Boston Consulting Group and switched to Motorola as Vice President and then joined Pepsico in 1994 and in 2000 was announced CEO of PepsiCo. Her struggle and dealt made her a great successful woman. Her success proved her an ideal for working woman.

6. Rakesh Kapoor: –

Kapoor is born in India and done his early education in Modern School, New Delhi. He holds BSc degree from The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) and did Masters in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

He is the CEO of MNC company which produce health, home and personal care products called Reckitt Benckiser (RB). He has the main role in the success of the company. He laid the foundation and also became an inspiration for setting strategies. With his ideas, he expanded RB business and took the lead in dramatically changed marketplace. 8. Ivan Manuel Menezes: –

He is the CEO of the Diageo. Which is the one of the biggest producer company of Alcoholic Drinks and most popular in Whisky and Vodka. Menezes was born in Pune, India in 1959 and holds BA in Economics and PG Diploma from IIM Ahmedabad. He has done his MBA from the US.

Nestle was his first company where he worked and hold a number of non-executive positions. After this company, he worked for a luxury goods company based in the US. In 2008, he was appointed as chairman in Diageo in Asia pacific. He was having a good focus on marketplace execution. He played a key role of leadership in Diageo and also in a deal of Diageo-United Spirits.

Menezes dedication took him to the heights and the company as well. This 55 years fellow have been crowned as Diageo new CEO in the year 2013.

9. Punit Renjen: –

Punit Renjen born and brought up in the small Indian town of Rohtak. Mr. Renjen faces very hard time in his childhood. Hard work has seen him rise to become the first Asian global chief executive of the accounting firm, Deloitte. A country divided when he was a teen. His father couldn’t afford to send him to another college, so he went to his local town college. His father got loss in business so they have to face hard times. He used to help his father in work after coming back from school. He believed that his background and experience brought him towards success.

He worked hard when doing Bachelors degree and got Rotary Foundation scholarship to study in Willamette University in the US for his masters. He was in top 10 students during his Masters. During his first interview, he showed up well with his confidence in himself and worked as consulting for the firm in the US. He worked hard for 3 decades for Deloitte and completed deals with many clients.

In June, he was elected by the 10,000 partners of Deloitte to become the global CEO. His hard work and excellent skills towards his work made him successful.

10. Nikesh Arora: –

Mr. Arora used to be backbencher at his school. In 10th standard he won National Talent Scholarship which became his first shot of accomplishment. He holds bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University and also done his MBA from Northeastern University.

After Completion of his MBA. Mr Arora faced very hard time. He finished his studies but was not getting any job. He wrote the letter to about 450 companies, but he did not get any response from any company. He was very desperate for the job, but he faced hard situations.
